Exchanges & Returns
Our mission is to provide gear that meets your needs and lifestyle. That is the reason we offer a 30 day no questions asked, no BS exchange/return policy on all gear purchased directly from Comp-Tac. If the gear does not meet your needs or lifestyle we will exchange it or refund the purchase price of the item excluding shipping & handling fees. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or return on custom orders. Differences on exchanged items will be added or refunded to your original order less shipping and handling.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and must have a return material authorization (RMA# issued by Comp-Tac customer service) clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please contact customer service at 281-209-3040 for a RMA#. Packages sent to Comp-Tac without a RMA# may incur delays in processing or be refused. The exchange/return policy is deemed void in the case of any modification, alteration, or abuse of the product.
Note: Minotaur holsters may require a 20% restocking fee if leather is deemed to be unsellable upon return.
Belts: Sizes 30-48 are stock sizes and can be refunded or exchanged. A 40% restocking fee may be required if leather is deemed to be unsellable upon return. All velcro belts are custom made and therefore not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Warranty
Comp-Tac warranties its products for a period of one year from date of purchase. Failures due to defects in materials or construction will be repaired or replaced at Comp-Tac's discretion throughout the warranty period. The warranty is void in the case of any modification, alteration or abuse of the product by the customer.
Warranties of implied merchantability or suitability for any purpose do not apply. Responsibility for the choice of product lies solely with the customer. This warranty is not applicable to custom items or shipping charges. Products manufactured by other companies, but sold through Comp-Tac, may carry their own warranties and any warranty concerns must be addressed by the manufacturer. Comp-Tac makes no warranties, implied or expressed, for products manufactured by a third party.
Comp-Tac products purchased from authorized dealers must be returned to the dealer in order for warranty work to be performed.
Leather is a natural product with unique characteristics that differ from hide to hide. Due to these differences, shade and color variations are to be expected with each belt. A brown belt you order now may not be the exact same shade of brown as a belt you may order a few months from now. This is not a fault or flaw in our leather, only a guarantee that we use genuine natural top-grain leather to make all of our Comp-Tac Kydex Reinforced Contour Leather Belts.
