We're usually able to get orders filled and shipped within one week. There are sometimes exceptions, of course, and sometimes special or large orders require more time.
But our goal is to have the product to our customers within
two business weeks and we meet that goal in the vast majority
of cases.
Customers wishing to return their product for refund must
return the Comp-tac merchandise, with proof of purchase, to
the vendor where the item was originally purchased.
Shipping to foreign countries varies greatly depending on
the destination and size of the order. For orders shipped
to foreign countries, please contact us directly.
Notice: We have a thirty day, no questions asked exchange policy for the same make and model of gun originally purchased directly from Comp-Tac. If you purchased an item directly and would like to return for a refund or exchange (minus shipping and handling), just send it back with your name, detailed contact information, and instructions on how you want us to process your order. Differences on exchanged items will be added or refunded to your original order. We reserve the right to decline returns on orders older than thirty days.
