ITEM AVAILABILITY: Comp-Tac produces all items at the time of order. Our production lead time is 8 business days with the product shipping on the 9th business day. Our goal is to promptly construct the items on your order and get it shipped to you as fast as we possibly can.

Comp-Tac uses either US Postal Mail or UPS for most shipments. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are ONLY available via USPS Mail. No FedEx or other 'expedited' shipping methods can be used for APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is charged for all domestic and international orders. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Please note that shipping times are in addition to manufacturing times. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, customs, duties, taxes, etc., in their country, and are responsible for ensuring that the product(s) they order are legal in their country. We are not responsible for any items confiscated by your government, customs or other agencies.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International Online Orders, by default UPS or FedEx is automatically chosen. Comp-Tac is not responsible for Duties or Taxes implied by the receiver's government. Comp-Tac reserves the right to make changes in shipping method if we feel that it will benefit the customer. If a questionable situation occurs, Comp-Tac will make contact by phone or most likely by e-mail over other possible issues. Comp-Tac will hold an order for 2 weeks while attempting to contact customer. If customer cannot be contacted, Comp-Tac reserves the right to cancel the order without any further notice. While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, we will not be held responsible for foreign postal or delivery services.
