Returns & Warranty Information

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Comp-Tac for any reason, return your products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Products must include the tags and be in the condition you received them direct from Comp-Tac. Products returned in any other condition or purchased from any other source will not be accepted.

Follow these easy steps:

Email sales@comp-tac.com requesting an RMA#. Please include your full name, order number, reason for your return, and the item(s) and quantities of the items you want to return.
Once you receive your RMA#, write your RMA# on outside of your package (packages without an RMA# will not be accepted).
Include a copy of your invoice with the contents of your package.


All Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure the package for your protection as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

Exchanges:

Comp-Tac offers a 30-Day Exchange Policy. If a particular product does not fit your needs, it can be exchanged using a store credit that will be applied to your online account once your exchange item is received so that you may place your new order directly on the website. 

* Please note that the exchange/return policy is deemed void in the case of any modification, alteration, or abuse of the product. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item(s) being mailed to Comp-Tac arrive within 30 days of receiving your gear. Items that are not returned within this 30-day period the RMA# will be null and void and no refund/exchange will be granted. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on all RMA products.

 

WARRANTY: LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Comp-Tac products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. For damage not covered under warranty please contact sales@comp-tac.com for a discount on a comparable replacement product. 

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Comp-Tac Warranty Claims, 1220 Old Alpharetta Rd. Ste. 370 Alpharetta, GA 30005. All shipping must be pre-paid and insured. Comp-Tac cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. All products accepted for evaluation or repair must be clean.
