Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty—What if I don’t like my holster?

Please note that the exchange/return policy is deemed void in the case of any modification, alteration, or abuse of the product. Customer is responsible to ensure that the item(s) being mailed to Comp-Tac arrive within 30 days of the RMA# being issued. Items that are not returned within this 30 day transit period will deem the RMA# null and void and can be charged up to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs on all RMA products.

Note: Hybrid holsters and belts may require a 20% restocking fee if leather is deemed to be un-sellable upon return. Colored Kydex products are a custom item and will incure a 40% re-stocking fee if returned or canceled after Kydex has been cut. 

Returns: Comp-Tac has a thirty day no questions asked return policy on products except for custom items. Shipping charges are not refunded. If you return your item for a refund, Comp-Tac will process your refund in 7-21 business days. 

Custom items: 

- Kydex Color: Comp-Tac considers all holsters and accessories that are not the Standard Black to be a custom item. Custom items can incur a restocking fee of up to 40% in the event of a return or exchange. These colors include but are not limited to Red, Pink, Purple, Carolina Blue, LE Blue, Coyote Brown, OD Green, Flat Dark Earth, Wolf Grey and Basket Weave Pattern Black. 

- Loop Lined Belts, Nexbelts that have been cut, belts larger than 48" : may not be returned. 


Exchange: Comp-Tac offers a 30 Day Exchange Period. If a particular holster does not fit your carrying needs it can be exchanged for a different product. Once we know what product you would like to exchange it for you can mail it back and we will mail out the exchange. All shipping charges will apply. 


Comp-Tac products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. For damage not covered under warranty please contact for a discount on a comparable replacement product. 

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Comp-Tac Warranty Claims, 3003 Farrell Rd., Houston, TX 77073. All shipping must be pre-paid and insured. Comp-Tac cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. All products accepted for evaluation or repair must be clean.
